  • You can usually expect to do a little bit of everything! Walking, light jogging, stability training, strength training, core conditioning, flexibility training, and teamwork challenges are all incorporated. We design your Ladies Boot Camp to your specifications, while keeping it challenging, motivating, and rewarding throughout.

    Classes meet twice a week for eight weeks.

    All participants should bring their own exercise mat, water bottle and wear comfortable sneakers to each work out.

    You may join at any point in a session!
    We will pro-rate the class for you.
