  • Kettle bells incorporates strength training, muscle conditioning, and aerobic exercise all in one workout which leads to fast results for optimum fitness.

    Class meets once a week for 8 weeks either Wedensday mornings beginning January 6th or Thursday evenings beginning January 7th.
