  • 45 minutes of interval training. Total 20 minutes of basic rope jumping plus 20 minutes of toning. Using bands, medicine balls etc. This is a total body workout! 3 minutes of rope jumping equals 9 minutes of running. All participants should bring their own exercise mat, water bottle and wear comfortable sneakers to each work out. Jump Rope will be provided.
