Birthday Parties

Due to the popularity of our Youth and Adult Leagues, there are no available times to book a birthday party on the turf and Taraflex surfaces after 5:00pm on weekdays or the entire day on weekends from January 20th – March 17th of 2012. However, you can still book a WayCoolYo Party during those days and times. We apologize for this inconvenience. Any questions or concerns can be addressed by Matt Cohen our Birthday Party Coordinator at 215-996-1740.

The most fun you can provide your guests is a party at the BucksMont Indoor Sports Center! We provide everything you need from plates and napkins to food and invitations! All of our party packages include use of our party area plus time on either a turf field or court area. BISC can accommodate: birthday parties, team parties, family reunions, graduations, corporate retreats or customer appreciation parties, school functions, almost any celebration you can dream up!

All our parties include 1 hour of fun and games on one of our sport surfaces (1/2 Turf Field or 1 Full Basketball Court) followed by 45 minutes in our festive party room! At the BucksMont Indoor Sports Center your party will never be cancelled due to inclement weather.

    All-Pro Party - $295

  • Admission for 14 guests and birthday child
  • Additional guests: $12.50 per guest
  • 1 hour on 1/2 Turf (Full Turf If Available) or Full Basketball Court
  • 45 minutes in Party Room
  • Invitations
  • Table coverings, plates, forks, spoons, cups, and napkins
  • Set up and clean up
  • 3 two liter bottles of soda and water
  • Helium filled balloons
  • 1 dedicated staff (Field Supervisor/Party Coordinator)

    WayCoolYo Party - $340

    Includes all the details of the All-Pro Party, but instead of time on the turf or court, your party will have a full 55 minutes of exclusive party time in our exciting NEW LASER MAZE and dart tag Battle Zone!

    WayCoolYo will shut it’s doors to the public and it’s VIP only for the birthday child and their guests. This includes use of the Laser Maze Challenge® and the dart tag Battle Zone.

It is recommended that all party guests arrive fifteen minutes prior to party so all waivers of liability can be verified. All guests must have liability waiver completed on arrival.

All parties must start and end promptly

A 50% Nonrefundable Deposit required for all party reservations

All parties must be scheduled at least 2 weeks in advance

NO CARRY-INS allowed for parties, except for cake and ice-cream!
